You will immediately feel at home and relaxed in the beautiful surroundings of the Tuscan hills. The property is a private home with quality furnishings throughout and a very homely feel. The experience is like borrowing a villa from a good friend. Our housekeeper speaks English and can help answer any questions you might have.

The house is on two floors plus a basement (only accessible for the caretaker). It is a family house and perfect for a family/friends holiday. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people or 10 if smaller children (we store some of our items in a 5^th bedroom). We welcome children and cot beds (maximum 2) are available upon request. Grounds:

The property and land is around 10,000 m2 with about 200 olive trees. The property has a fence around it and a gated entrance, which requires opening from the house or with a fob. A private road leads up to the house and the parking area.

Guest house:

There’s a guest house in the grounds, where our caretakers, Livio and Daniella live.

Parking:

The private road leads to the parking behind the house. We’ll provide you with an electronic fob for the gate during your stay.

Other facilities:

• WiFi (WiFi is good, but not Fiber and can be slow if weather is very bad)
• The house does not have a telephone, but mobile reception is good
