We produce our own special Extra Virgin Olive oil.

Around 200 Olive trees grow in the grounds surrounding the house, representing 5 different types of olives. This is the special blend used to create our extra virgin olive oil from.

The olives are harvested by hand in October or November and last year we picked almost 3200 kilos of olives – enough to produce around 600 liters. The olive oil is a very exclusive oil, ecological and cold pressed on the neighbours olive-press immediately after picking.

The “golden liquid” is very mild, soft and round in taste, perfect with bread, for salads or cooking.
